Our application fee is FREE and we don't believe in them. We require a copy of your most recent pay stub and a copy of your driver's license or photo ID along with your application. Once all necessary documentation has been received by us, Martin Equities will conduct a credit and criminal background check and verify your rental history. During the lease signing, the security deposit will be collected.
There are zero application fees
Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent
We only accept check or money order (Rent is due on the first of the month)

What we can't accept
Anyone with a criminal record
Anyone who has been Evicted and/or owes money to another landlord
Anyone who has a pending bankruptcy
Anyone who owes money to a utility company
